8 Wellness And Beauty Products To Travel With This Fall - Forbes

In my opinion, packing a few wellness essentials to go on the road can make or break a trip. They can make the difference between getting great sleep, looking like your usual self and maintaining your health while you’re away from home. From clothing to beauty to wellness, these are my personal recommendations for products to use while seeing the world.

1. Lunya Washable Silk Set

I have to admit, I didn’t used to put a lot of thought into my sleepwear while packing for a trip. In fact, I’ve definitely forgotten to bring pajamas of any kind once or twice. However, I’ve since changed my attitude about travel sleepwear after experiencing Lunya’s Washable Silk Set. The matching top and shorts made of thermoregulating silk feel incredible while sleeping, allowing you to feel warm in cooler climates and cooling you off when you’re in a more tropical location. Temperature plays a pivotal role in sleep quality and this set helps me feel comfortable under the sheets.

2. Bloomeffects Royal Tulip Nectar

Travel, in particular airplane travel, can really dry out and imbalance my skin but newly launched beauty brand Bloomeffects has a remedy for that. Their Royal Tulip Nectar is a hydrating ointment-to-serum that nourishes the skin’s barrier and soothes skin. It’s great to use in-flight (at 2.7 ounces it just squeezes by the TSA limit) or is a great product to use before bed to wake up with bouncy, glowing skin.

3. Sakara Metabolism Super Powder – Single Serving Packets

A frequent but unspoken issue many travelers deal with is bloating or an upset stomach while they’re on the road. This Sakara Metabolism Powder can help you feel better in the digestive department as the powder helps eliminate bloat and puffiness. It’s made from natural ingredients and filled with antioxidants to rev up a slowed-down metabolic system due to travel. The powder comes in convenient single serving packets making them easy for me to pack one or two sachets for a trip.

4. Que Bottle

I’m a firm believer that hydration is the solution to many travel problems, especially when you’re flying. It’s really easy and tempting to buy a water bottle at the airport but I’m trying to reduce my single use plastics in my life which makes my Que Bottle a great companion. Made from sturdy, collapsible silicone the bottle expands when filled with liquids that can be hot or cold liquids. I use this to fill with fresh water before I board a flight.

5. Dr.Organic Snail Gel Healthy Aging Eye Serum

If you’re like me, your eyes can get dry and tired-looking while you’re traveling especially during odd layovers or after an early morning flight. While Dr.Organic’s snail eye serum can’t help you get extra rest, it can help make the skin around your eyes luminous, softening the appearance of fine lines. This snail ingredient is ethically sourced from France and when applied to skin it hydrates and replenishes your eye area.

6. Virgin Raw Foods Bee Panacea

This product was recommended to me as the number one product “to not get sick ever” and I have to agree it’s a real immunity booster when I’m traveling. Made of 20 superfood ingredients including pee pollen, maca, goji berries, chaga mushrooms and more, a daily spoonful of bee panacea supports my health when I’m discovering new cities and climates.

7. Dr. Plotka Toothbrush

I pack this toothbrush on the road to keep my dental health strong, as it cleans effectively and features antimicrobial bristles that eliminate bacteria. You might not realize this but whenever you brush your teach bacteria remains on your toothbrush and continues to multiply. With its long natural bristles it reaches even the most difficult spots and makes it easy to have clean teeth and fresh breath even if you’re brushing your teeth in an airport after a 14-hour flight, like I recently did.

8. Dream It Sleep Spray

Jetlag is a real issue for me while I’m traveling so I like to bring a Dream It spray with me to make sure I can get enough sleep even when I’m in a completely different time zone. Just two sprays under the tongue can help me relax and tell my brain it’s time to sleep with a blend that features melatonin, Valerian Root and 5HTP. The spray is small and easily portable making it a suitable travel companion.
